- Manufacturer's Defects: Your new glasses are generally warranted to be free of manufacturer's defects, which includes material and workmanship, for one year from the date of purchase. However, at Sight N' Steps, most of our frames come with two years warranty at no extra cost to you.
- Prescription Guarantee: In the even that you new prescription changes withing 30 days of your eye examination, we will replace your lenses (with the same style) at no additional charge to you.
- Coatings Warranty: Sight N' Steps also offers free one year warranty on coatings on your lenses - this is something very new to the Canadian Optical industry. Whether it be a UV coating, transitions, Polarized or Anti-Reflective coating, we offer one year guarantee from the date of purchase.
- Adjustment Warranty: Each pair of eyeglasses purchased at Sight N' Steps comes with life-time adjustment warranty at no cost to you. We pride ourselves to be your neighborhood optical facility and would offer neighborly service to your glasses that you did not even purchase at Sight N' Steps.
